Electric Desert
We were somewhere around Barstow on the edge of the desert when the colors began to take hold...
Neon pinks. Blistering blues. The kind of glow that canβt be explainedβonly felt.
Cobalto calcite buzzing like static. Turquoise sky stretched to the edge of time. Opals flashing like desert lightning.
And then⦠the 8-ball appeared. Shaped like a bird. Set in gold. Obviously.
This collection wasnβt supposed to happen.
We tried to make something soft. Something spring.
But when you live in Colorado, there is no springβonly the aching urge to escape to the desert.
And this time, we gave in.
Electric Desert is a hallucinatory heatwave of jewelry.
